Red Roan Belgian

My belgian X qh (Eggo) is clearly a red roan. . . I've owned him for like 2 and a half years now. When I bought him (January2007) his sale paper called him "chestnut w/ blaze and 4 stockings" on his cogins (taken around April2008) he was called a "palimino w/ blaze and 4 stockings" . . . Now he's soo speckeled with white that I think he might have more white than he does red . . . I'll have to post pictures from the day that I bought him till today later this afternoon. Once I do that I kinda want some oppinions , do you think someday he might go pure white?!

I think he will definitely roan out more but I doubt he will go all white. But i'm not a color expert. That would be my guess though. I've never heard of a roan going ALL white.

I don't think your horse will go all white. My horse is a red roan also, and he's gotten whiter too. Maybe it's possible that the sun made the hair lighter?
