My Percheron mare is soon to pop her Spotted Draft Baby next month so as I get more and more anxious I wanted to see if anyone else out there had Spotted Drafts pictures & info!
This will be my first spotted draft baby. Registerable with The North American Spotted Draft Horse Association as a regular. Only being 1/2 draft.
The sire is pictured & also my percheron mare.
I will have baby pictures when she pops out
Oh how beautiful! I cannot wait to see some baby pictures!
My husband and I just recently picked up a Spotted Draft x Arabian cross from a friend of ours who was no longer able to keep him. He's such a gentle soul and has such beautiful markings. I would LOVE to get my hands on a purebred at some point in my life!

No where is APHA...
hmm...
What do you think about draft cross breeders and owners association?
I would shoot Gail an email And ask for clarification of apha (paint) not being on that list. There is no such thing as.a paint Morgan. It would be a pinto Morgan. I thibk they just left out a ,. Posted via Mobile Device
I agree with LHP. They probably left out the comma between paint and Morgan. If they accept AQHA crosses, there is absolutely zero reason for them not to accept APHA crosses, especially when you'll get more pinto patterning from an APHA cross than an AQHA cross. Posted via Mobile Device
Take real conformation shots of him. Those pictures are crap. Show him from behind strait on not from the side like the quarter horse people do as well. Also get a copy of his papers.
No, you're correct but the angle of the picture isn't helping either. Age is going to play into too. If he's 15 that's one thing. If he's 4, that's totally different.
This is my stud Sam I am he is spotted draft stallion Paint/percheron
