    Another "Wow Moment" thread

I just have to share because I feel so happy right now! I haven't had a lesson in about a year (do to moving to another city) And now I finally realized I wasn't just standing still I was moving backward. So I found an instructor. My first lesson was a huge eye-opener! I knew something was going very wrong and that I wasn't really "riding" anymore (You now that mucking along you get into when your just kind of trying hard). But I didn't realize how bad it had gotten (Basics like tipping while posting and my hands! I wasn't keeping my hands still and I didn't even really notice).

Anyway today I had my second lesson. And after working on it for a week it was soooo much better! I feel like I've gotten myself and my horse back! Yeah!
The Instructor is very very good and I'm sure I'll progress back to my old shape quickly and move forward! It was just such a great feeling to realize I just needed someone to kick-start me again and get me working! And that not all is lost!

I am so jealous! I am certain I fall into exactly that description; going backward!
