County Competitor sizing?

Okay...so my trainer told me I'd probably really like a County Competitor number 4 or 5. I haven't had a chance to ask her...but how does the #4 and #5 compare to the sizing I'm more familiar with (narrow, medium, wide, etc.)? Help?

And could someone also explain to me what the spring tree is? The little I've had a chance to google it I've hit dead ends... I am googling it right now though...just thinking I may be able to get an answer here before I find it on google.

Thanks!

Okay...found out answers to both questions. Now...anyone know anyone that has a 17 or 17.5 #4 fit competitor for sale?
