    Dressage Sheet

    Hey,

    My friends and I next year are going to make up a mini dressage compition between us, I was wondering what you think the course should be. It will be very low leveled. Replys now would be great so we can start working with our horses:)

    Not that I'm planning to attempt anything major with Chinga at the moment.

    Uhh.. Equestrian Australia launches the new 2009 Dressage Tests.
    You can try downloading some and see what you want to do...

    If you are looking for something other than the AUS dressage tests, the US ones are good :)

    Useventing.com, there is all the USEA dressage tests.

    Thanks, I'll have a look at them when I get home, I made one up that is very simple but I don't think it is long enough. I will post it when I get home.

    Most low level tests are only 2-3 minutes

    Haha! Try including serpentines, extended gaits, collected gaits, diferent sized circles, leg yeilds, etc. to spice it up a little?

    If you are doing a low level test I wouldnt include leg yields or collected/extended gates. That might be bit out of reach for most lower level horses. Serpentines and circles and changes of diagonals are always good though.
