Dressage show on RFDTV

I saw an ad for a new show that is going to be starting on May 4th on RFDTV called Dressage Symposium. I'm assuming it's going to be a weekly Wednesday show. Yey, finally something for english riders!

You just have to see your distance...you don't have to like it.

I was able to catch an episode last Wednesday - great stuff! Well beyond my and Scout's level as far as really applying the exercises, but I learned a lot in a short amount of time, and had a couple of mini-lightbulb moments through the explanations and demonstrations. I'm looking forward to next Wednesday's show.

Yeah, I'm also finding they are using horses who are bred exclusively for dressage. The things they do for warmup in just minutes take my horse and I a good 40 minutes or so. It is nice to watch and pickup tidbits of good info. Hopefully they'll do some episodes for dressage for the lesser mortal.
