Forward and downward stretch in Dressage Tests

Circle right 20m in rising trot allowing the horse to stretch forward and downward
Forward and downward stretch over the back into a light contact maintaining balance and quality of trot; bend; shape and size of circle; smooth, balanced transitions.
Before B
Shorten the reins

Hi all, how far into the circle does the horse have to stretch down? In other words, how long is "before B'? Is it half circle, three quarters, the full circle?

The first 1/4 of the circle should be spent on developing the stretch, the next full 1/2 of the circle shows the stretch and the final 1/4 of the circle is spent on shortening the reins and rebalancing the horse into a working gait.
The rhythm should not change, the balance should not change. The frame simply lengthens forward and down, which if your horse is in a good following contact, should not be hard to develop as the reins are lengthened as the horse should naturally seek the contact.
