Got my first '10' today!

(warning: small brag)

Beau and I got our first '10' for a movement at our show today! It was our trot down centerline, halt/salute, proceed trot. I'm so proud of him

It was quite the surprise when I opened the test sheet!

Ok, I'm done - just had to share

good job! Sounds like you did well

There is one principle that should never be abandoned, namely, that the rider must first learn to control himself before he can control his horse. This is the basic, most important principle to be preserved in equitation - Alois Podhajsky

The rest of the tests went very well also! We actually got our 2 highest scores to date - a 76% and 78%!

That's fantastic. If you keep scoring that high, you're going to have to move up a level!

You just have to see your distance...you don't have to like it.

Congrats!! I definitely agree that if you keep this up you're going to need to move up a level and challenge the two of you to give everyone in your current level a fighting chance again!! =P
