The spanish riding school is not a riding school as such.
They only accept the best and it is an entire career, those that learn there spend 20+ years learning and then stay on at the school, it is not a stepping stone to training career, it is a serious long term commitment.
To behonest there are no real dressage "schools". The best way to learn top level dressage is to become a working pupil on a top yard, you spend the first few years learning to care for a horse at that level and generaly doing all the horrid work. Within this there will be lessons on good horses.
RIDE your horse FORWARDS and keep him STRAIGHT
