Good luck! The more you get the 'feel' and the further you go up the levels, the more addicting it becomes!

High 5 through the computer! I looked at a barn today. Unfortunately, the owner and her daughter were at some Canadian national finals, but her son (very cute son!) was there and gave us a tour and some info. I'm hoping to start soon!

Awesome, update us on how the lesson goes! I'm thinking about asking my instructor about doing some dressage with us this winter myself!

Hey, where you are taking lessons? Since I know your close to me. I really want to take lessons with a dressage trainer but I've only found one dressage barn near by. Let me know how you like the lessons!

Where exactly are you? She's a great trainer but only has 2nd level horses and after that ill buy my own. An update: my lesson was fantastic! I was put on a great school horse! She tested me a few times but then she gave up because I corrected her. We walked, trotted and did a lot of 20 meter circles and cantered. My next lesson is monday.

I'm in long pond. I've never taken dressage lessons before so I'm sure it would take me a while to get passed 2nd level.
