I found the advertisement for the dressage book I was talking about in an earlier post: The Logic of Elementary Dressage by Jeremy Beale. Apparently it's not printed yet but you can send an email to the publisher to be notified when it's available for purchase at Book@pybequestrian.com.

I too like Dressage for the Not- So- Perfect Horse by Janet Foy. It does have pictures though.

I'm glad I found this thread. I was just about to make a post about this as I was suggested by my instructor to read up on dressage.
