Micklem Bridles... dressage legal?

At Pony Club Championships, there were a lot of horses in the Micklem bridles. I have always liked the idea behind them, relieving pressure points and breathing, but wonder with them being so new are they dressage legal. I'd love to pick one up if they are. Primo is sensitive to his pressure points and I'm thinking this would assist him be less defensive of his face.

I've talked to those who had the bridle and they absolutely loved it.... but had the same concerns so I only saw it being used in the over fences phases.

It was approved for eventing dressage last year. The FEI also approved it. I can only assume USDF also approved it.
