OP, I take it that dressage is a new venture for this horse?, you may find that the schooling she is getting will make her much easier for the lesson kids to ride.
Yep, we're both learning together at this point...except that somewhere in her past she had some training, she does shoulder in pretty well, and will do a half pass if we've really been working with her hard in the lesson. But yes, at this point, she is starting to become supple, usually has energetic strides. Were working on contact and acceptance of the aids. She'll collect sometimes, then not others. It's fun to see her learning, and she is really starting to muscle up now! And I hadnt thought about it, but it would be great if she was easier for the kids because of our training together
