Sorry, off topic, what is a dugoge? I've never heard that term before, or may e it's a different name for something I already know???

I've probably spelt it completely wrong but it's a fun device that ties the horse's head to it's chest through the poll and the bit.
Basically like a German Martingale but to the poll, the bit and back.

ETA Ok so apparently it's more commonly known as a Chambon - but can be known as a Gogue - which I know as "de Gogue" from German meaning the gogue.

They say money doesn't buy happiness -- well happiness doesn't buy horses!

Found it, it's a De Gouge! It's similar to a chambon! Close!

Ride a lot of stretchy circles at the trot in both directions. Always start at the rising trot and once your horse is warmed up you can move to the sitting trot. By stretchy, I mean leg yield in toward the center of the circle and then back out.
