Rollkur what is your opinion??

I think its abuse personally. And to make a horse go so invertically and behind the bit must be so painful.
I seen some videos of anky explaining her method and how she thinks its not bad. She explains that if the horse was in pain wouldnt he show you ??

Well jesus look how much over training and control she has over her horses!!

I know that, I just wanna know what peoples opinions are on this

I don't think it looks natural or beautiful at all. Its the reason I'm not a fan of dressage anymore.

Ive seen a few dressage competitions and I can't believe judges wouldnt kick them out or just disqualify them right then and there

I think that rollkur is just another way to tourture horses to make it look like they are the top sh*t and trying to get followers. I think it's stupid that it was even thought of. It's banned in australia but if they say it's "deep and round" it maybe acceptable....i just feel sorry for the horses...

Yes, we had rollkur threads in past. As well as multiple same threads on training, riding, bad habits, equipment, you name it. New members do NOT know that though. So please keep that in mind when you post.

Kitten_val it's not really the rollkur post itself, its the fact that the OP seems to have made a habit of posting photos/videos and asking members to tear into the subjects of the video. I came across one such post in which the OP had found a seemingly random video on youtube, posted it with the subject heading something a long the lines of 'does this riders hands disturb you?' and proceeded to 'bash' this person in the video. I know there have been a few others of this type courtasy of the OP and I think its time someone told them to pull their socks up on the matter.
