Tidy casual?

Im doing a combined training comp on the w/e, dress was tie/jacket etc, now its been changed to "tidy casual"
So, what exactly is that?
Its quite cold here so just a shirt isnt practical. Will I look overdone if I wear a jacket?
I've no idea what to wear

You can wear a jacket if you want to, it wouldn't be a problem. Otherwise wear your white breeches and just a neat, fitted long sleeved shirt if you have one, or if it's very cold a tight fitting shirt with a reasonably fitted jacket underneath. Plain colours are best, with no patterns to detract from your position and the horse. Just remember that the judge needs to see your position without it being distorted by baggy clothing
