what to wear....

Im new to dressage but have done quite a bit of showing in my time, whenever I go to watch dressage, I always see people in white jods, however my friend says that you can wear light coloured jods for unafiliated dressage(meaning cream jods) and that you would not get marked down as it is unafiliated. Is this true? Am I ok to enter wearing cream?

yes, for unaffiliated cream is usually fine

I usually wear cream jods unless I'm at a championship comp or riding higher than novice. More due to the laziness factor, I HATE having to wash the stains out of white jods!!!!
