    Hitching up with new help

I drove my horse last weekend and my usual help was not available . So I drafted my husband. He has a rather spotty history being y helper but he did great. All he had to do was be the header. He even got in the cart for a short ride. Although he sat there prepared to bail out at any moment he said it was fun. Yeah Now I have someone else trained to head myhorse so I can get in a few more drives.!! He went to a pleasure driving show with me a few onths ago and we plan to go watch a CDE this weekend.

Excellent. Congrats. I'd like to get in more driving myself. But I don't have a helper or a way to go out anywhere to do it. (driving laps around the barn is a little boring)
I hope you have fun at the show.
