Horse drawn wagon

Good morning friends!! I live in countryside and here the transport and communication systems are not so good. Also due to save our environment from pollution, I want to start a great business.

I want to buy a 20 passenger wagon(open and light wagon) and want to carry passengers from my town to another town which is 10 kilometers away. So, please tell me how many horses I would need to pull the wagon upto that town. I want a minimum speed of 30 km/hr then I think they will cover the distance in 20 minutes. I don't want any rests in between for the horses and I want to make them run at 30km/hr. Please tell me how many horses will be needed and how many time a day they will be doing the work. I don't want too much profit but they should be healthy. I want to use draft horses or racehorses will be better? Thanks a million!
PS The road is concrete but not so good for cars and bikes. No hills just plain.

Two good sized horses would be able to pull it but you would have to have at least four and preferably six or eight so that the horses could have a day off. It's also pretty important to have expert hoof care if your going to work the horses over concrete on a regular basis. Good luck. I hope it works for you.
