i bought another fix---er up er---

Now that I desided that ben hur's charret should have a much deserving resting place in the scrap pile, I have found my next project......today while at a farm auction I came across this!!! Looks far better then what the charret looks like.
I got the frame at a really good price and have in mind on what I what out this one, with some weilding, changing around tubebing and some paint and wood I hope she'll look like a gem.

Can you see some thing that would be good to change or add? Any input welcomed!!
