Heart rate while riding?

For those with a heart rate monitor, what are ideal ranges for working heart rate during exercise? I obviously know about pulsing down after stopping work, but I'm not sure where I should be during work... and how much increase in the heart rate at a particular speed towards the end of the ride compared to where it was earlier in the ride is acceptable vs indicating fatigue (assuming the horse still pulses down to 60 within 3 minutes of walking, just wondering if say the heart rate is 30 bpm higher at a working trot after 15 miles than it was in the beginning, is that concerning)?

Ideal HR ranges at...
All day trot?
Extended trot?
Canter?
Gallop?
Hill work?
