I recently discovered that I have an arch in my lower back while at 2 point. My trainer doesn't tell me to fix it, but from what I've read its a bad habbit. Everyone I've asked said that it ruins your center of balance, but I can't balance at the 2 point without arching my back, it feels natural to me. How do I fix this?
P.s. I am talking about an inward arch so my stomach comes forward. Not like a outward arch where the whole back is bent. Posted via Mobile Device
