Bereiterin studies?

I would like to know, if there's some kind of studes in Canada to be a "bereiterin", aka certified horse-rider/trainer? Is there similar studies like in Germany, where you'd get a certificate? I know, there's lots of places looking for working students, but do these students get a degree of their studies at the barn? And, I know there's studies to become a riding teacher/trainer, but is there studies (or degree) to become a professional rider? How does it work in practise, how long would it take, and where could I try to get more information? Lots of questions..

I've been working with horses all my life, and it seems like we're moving up there the next year. I would really appriciate to have answers from the horsepeople who live there, and know how the things work.

Thank you!
