bouncy no stirrup work

I'm riding a very bouncy horse to do a difficult no stirrup work exercise.
Im fine normaly when I ride no stirrup work, but on humbug I always seem to fall off. Also I was riding cleo, who I normally have a really secure seat on, and we was doing the cycling exercise, I almost fell off her.
I think I may fall off with the combination of the bouncyest horse and a very difficult exercise. Help!!!!

Start by only doing one stirrup at a time until it's easy to do on either leg. Then once you feel secure doing that, work on the hard exercise on a smooth horse without stirrups until you feel confident. Work on no stirrups without the hard exercise on the bouncy horse until you feel confident. Then put the two together and just keep working until you get it. It will just take practice but you can do it :)
