Can these boots be used to show in?

Would I be able to wear these in a dressage show? Most likely I will just being doing the training level dressage and nothing higher. If you look at the picture part of it laces up and I didnít know if this was allowed or not. The brand is Devon Aire Style 755. Thanks in advance for your help!

Always double check your national rules but I would say yes, absolutely. I showed/rode in field boots just like those for a number of years (I just got dress boots a year and a half ago). I think as long as you aren't showing FEI levels, that you are okay! :)

I'm not familiar with the US rules, as I'm in Canada, but near as I can tell with skimming through the USEF rules you should be fine in those. The rules read just boots, not specifically dress or field boots. I know around here they would be perfectly acceptable.

ETA: , on page 21, is where I read that. I'm assuming this is the rule book that you would follow.

Field boots are fine for the lower levels.

Depends on the competition. You need to check with your organisers. If you do top level stuff then they are not suitable (Uk and Europe)
