    She looks relaxed and happy. She has a wonderful expression and completely different from before.

    That is good for any horse and I think would do a lot for her.

    A good lesson can change your future. Keep that feeling in mind next time you get frustrated with things. I would try to continue to work with someone (not by youself) and follow your game plan. I think that will keep you in the right mindset and away from "mental" issues and doubting.
