English riding camp?

Hey everyone
One of the coolest jobs I've heard of was being the manager/owner of an english riding camp. Of course the camp would be in the summer. I'm interested in this as a career for myself. Does anyone have any advice or tips?

Have a boarding stable or ranch that offers other services in addition to providing the public with an english riding camp. And make sure to employ accredited instructors and keep the barn in good shape

Maybe at the end of camp or close to the end, go on a trail ride and play games on horseback or off. Just to kinda relax
