If you bring your crotch back more to over the center of the saddle it will bring your leg closer to the girth and then it will be alot better. Just let the horse make your motitions over the jump if that makes sense. Your back is flat which is really good, and you're looking up wich is good also :) But you seem to be pulling your head back into your shoulders. Your hands are fine, but if you don't need the support of the neck, then you need to move onto the auto release. Lowering your hand and following the horse's mouth, because a creast release is when you put your hands on the side of the neck for support, yours are hovering over the top of the neck.
