Start watching videos online and read books. If you can I would get lessons, you will learn alot.

Find a good trainer that specializes in English disciplines.

Reading all you can and watching videos are a good start, but you'll need a trainer to help you achieve the level of ability you'll need to be a good rider.

English and Western riding have different seat and leg positions, as well as giving different cues to the horse. English horses are not supposed to neck rein.
