    Hey Allie,
    LOL, the girl behind me: That was her first show ever, and she was showing in horse pleasure against some advanced students and adult riders like me. So it was pretty cool that she won all the blues and got champion. I didn't mind. The horse she rode was state champ in pleasure a couple years ago, so I wasn't surprised he beat us!

    I think I'll try some small circles when my horse is being good next time to get the feel of it, then try it when he's bad. Thanks! I lunged him yesterday, still full of beans!

    My horse used to act up all the time just like that. Then I read an article about ground tying. Now before I ride I practice ground tying for 20 minutes. He is perfect. Try teaching to ground tie.
