Jacket question.

So I know this sounds really stupid, but I have a Hunter Green show jacket. And I may be working at an Eventing barn. And if I every show I don't think that jacket is allowed. So I was wondering if you can dye your show jackets. Or should I go ahead, and sell it.

I think that hunter green would be a pretty hard color to dye, and don't forget about the lining of the jacket. They are usually silk or sateen and water would ruin that material if not handled properly. I think that your best bet would be to sell the jacket and get one that is accepted everywhere. I would sell it and pick up a black jacket ... assuming that's what you'll be wearing during stadium jumping and dressage. (Sometimes colors vary country by country)
