Left leg failure?

For some reason, my lower left leg is so much weaker than my right. Its like I'm a completely different rider on the left side. I've tried everything I could think of. No stirrups, Stretching, fjkds Its so frustrating, because my right leg is completly fine. Anyone have ideas?

Sorry, no ideas. I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone! I have lessons where I swear my left leg is not a part of my body and is useless. My trainer always laughs at me and just tells me to practice. I am right handed which I assume you are too and have not used my left leg as much in life as my right. I am interested in seeing the responses.

I have this problem. One leg being weaker than the other.

What I've been doing (just recently started, and seems to actually be helping) is I hold my stronger leg up and hold it in place with my arm, then basically force my weaker leg to keep my body weight balanced. I also do some squats in this position. Well as low as I can considering Im not very in shape to begin with right now.
