Lesson yesterday.

So I rode Boyce, hes a 17hh hunter and is seriously built like a tank!
I've not jumped him yet, planning on doing so next year though.
I've heard that he clears 3ft spreads, although he apparently jumps a bit like an elephant haha.
Hes also a hunting horse, and is built of muscle - so is a VERY strong boy :)
But the bit he's in, is cause he bolts in open fields and hacking, and where he used to be in a snaffle, he's now been given this bit so he's better.

Earlier in the day he had been on an hour and a half hack with his loan owner, and had been doing lots of canter work and had been galloping some bits, so he was a bit of a tired horse.

This was yesterday :)

xx

Somewhere behind the rider you've become is the little girl who fell in love with the sport and never looked back.
Ride for her.
