Looking for Pointers That will Help Me?

Hello,
I have a couple questions about some problems that I am having. I ride english, on a 7 year old quarter horse mare. The problems that I am having are;
1). What are some pointers for not falling forward?
2). What to think of when trying to keep my heels down?
3). How to keep my horse from falling to the inside? ( mosted of the time inside leg and outside rein don't work all that well.)

1). What are some pointers for not falling forward? think about shoulders back and boobs out, think of good posture. If leaning forward feels like your straight then sit up til it feels like your leaning slightly back. Work on your core stength with sit up and that will stablise you
2). What to think of when trying to keep my heels down? someone yelling at you "heels down!" helps but if you don't have someone but think all the time, "heels" and then oush them down a little more
3). How to keep my horse from falling to the inside? ( mosted of the time inside leg and outside rein don't work all that well.) sit up, inside rein inside leg, flex your horse inide. Do alot of cirlces and rein changes so get your horse balanced

Think about lifting ribcage and looking straight forward towards where you're going but up in the distance NOT down.
2). What to think of when trying to keep my heels down? Relax leg and think toes up.
3). How to keep my horse from falling to the inside? ( mosted of the time inside leg and outside rein don't work all that well.)

3. Use inside thigh and leg at girth to push horse into outside rein.
