(Men) Uncomfortable in Breeches

My 15 year old brother and I switched fro Western to English, and I love wearing breeches. However, he found that riding, specifically trotting and the sort make his
....uhhh ...uncomfortable

Any suggestions? He's a boxers kinda guy, but is wondering if boxer briefs might help?

Thanks

Im not a guy, but I'd say to try the boxer briefs. Also, English saddles tend to sit you up a bit straighter than a western saddle- he may need to adjust his seat a bit. He shouldn't be sitting on his "boys," and if he is he needs to rotate his hips back a bit.. Hope that makes sense. I had to teach my husband that!

I think I watched a video one time about the differences of women's English saddles from men's saddles.. They're shaped differently or something (I ride western) and if a guy rides in a "women's" saddle, it can be rather uncomfortable for the "boys". But I'm also a western rider and have only seen an English saddle in real life like 3 times.

Also suggest polo-style breeches. They're half-jean-half-breeches, very comfy and good-looking.

It is also possible to ride English in jeans, unless you doing it competitively.
