That's a good point that I was going to bring up. I've been riding for several years now, and at my last show I got a video made of me. I did not like what I saw of my position
I've been focusing on keeping my legs steady, weight in my heels, and not posting off the stirrups since then, and I'm sore after almost every ride now (in a good, muscle building way).
Riding in two-point and without stirrups have been very helpful for me.
