Unhappy no stirrups (balence problem)

Hello
iv been doing non stirrups for a few years now but still can't seem to keep my self balenced.
Iv been rideing for 7 years now and can do most things in my lessons but when it comes to non stirrups I just can't seen to do it properly I kinda under stand why I can't im always on the 2 bounceyst horses at the stable but iv moved on from them and on a 18.2hh horse but its still wrost than the bouncy ones (i think its just the hight long way to fall XD) he's the best and my big baby but the fears still there were moveing on to jumping with no stirrups now but I can't get canter and dreding the jump (sol [the horse] dosent like jumping at the best of times) I was just wanting some advise on how to keep my balence and my cool when they speed up a bit (thats a nother thing I going so slow sol keeps tripping but when I go fast I feel like im about to fall of ) so help what can I do I know my fear will go adventurly I just not sure how stay in he saddle

Have your trainer lunge you. That way she has control of your horse while you work on your balance and she can give you instruction also. Start out at a walk and just gradually work your way up to a trot and canter when you feel comfortable. I'm sure that she can give more suggestions also.

Ok thanks well I diffent teacher each time atm (my useral ones pregnat) but il ask her when she gets back
