Alrighty so I got a new horse and he is going to need a show name ( I wont be showing him any time soon but I'll need one later ). His barn name is Maximus/Max I'm not sure if im keeping that so if you can think of any barn names that would be good aswell.. as far as personality goes he is VERY sensitive and intelligant and he I quite a hanful also he is quite a giant xD standing at 17.1hh hmm what else.. his registered name is Coof Fur (blech).. here are a couple of names that ppl have suggested already..

Cool Fur Fun

Maximum Advantage

Maxibon (the ice cream LOL)

Kapre - a mythical giant

Kentaro - big boy

Enzo- a giant

Montaro - big boy

Loki - a giant, god of mischief

Aku- Babylonian myth name of a god of the moon, meaning "moon."

Alaunus- Celtic myth name of a god of the sun, healing and prophecy, meaning "shining one."

Allah- Arabic name meaning "the deity." It is the Muslim word for God.

Anubis -: Greek form of Egyptian Anupu, name of a jackal-headed god of the underworld, meaning "royal child."

Shiva - Hindi myth name of one of the Trimurti, meaning "the destroyer."

if you have his pedigree it's always good to look @ his ancestors.

My old OTTB's show name was Babu's Charm. She had My Babu (eventing stallion) as well as JJ Babu in her bloodlines. She also had Irish Castle. I put them together and got Babu's Charm.

Her registered name was Ezacawee (bleh) and her barn name was Murphy.
Yeah it was a mare. Lol

I kind of like the racing names. I would just use my OTTB's racing name.

yeah I agree with MyBoyPuck and kchfuller I have 3 OTTBs I have Subzero (subby) who I don't show, but I have 2 others that I show and I leave their race names as their show names, I have Soluited (grumpy) and Classic Carla (carla), and I am getting 3 more OTTBs and I will do the same with them I don't have the time to make up show names when they already have a good enough one, lol unless its a pony or something that hasnt got a name, which I have just got a pony in which I have to make a show name for , I didnt make one up ages ago but I just put my stud name and then his paddock name, so it turned out to b Greys Park Star (pretty lame lol but it was a spur of the moment thing, but then we found out he was regitered now we use his registered name good luck
