I ride dressage and I also enjoy the freedom of dropping my whip should things start going to pieces. A whip is just one more thing to be concerned with when the horse is being naughty. As I am sitting here with a badly sprained hand, I would also be concerned with the impact that landing on a wooden block would have. I fell in sand with nothing attached to my hand and managed to do quite a bit of damage.

That's pretty cool. It's a very clever idea.

A few years ago I designed a machine that would feed square bales to the horses so I wouldn't have to do it during the winter. lol.
