Unhappy Riding after having kids...

I use to be a great rider...I was at the top of my college team and now after having a baby almost a year ago and I knew that I was out of shape....

Well I'm trying to sell my husbands QH mare so we took some video of me riding her.. and OMG! My leg isn't underneath me like it should be, my shoulders are slumped somewhat and I'm not going to even get started on how my stomach looks in my breeches!

Please tell me that everyone goes through this after having kids!!!

I went through it after having 2 beautiful little girls. I was pretty much unable to get back in the saddle much after that, (durned ex husband). Then, 3 years ago I broke my back in a motorcycle accident, and spent 7 weeks holed up in a hospital.

Let me tell ya what! That ol' tummy of mine is the worst its ever been. I just started doing pilates though, and its starting to whip back into shape somewhat.

I recommend starting off with the beginner ones. Those are killer workouts... Ugh.
