Showing; Jodhpurs, boots and Tie?

Hey, Im just about to start showing this year, have done loads in-hand but going to start ridden and I have a couple questions.

I have a new green Tweed jacket (with a velvet collar), and was wondering what colored tie I should get?! Its never crossed my mind, but I've always gone with the black but just wondering if there is any better?

My jodhpur boots are black, would that be alright? I know some people say that you HAVE to wear brown because its the 'correct' color, but my brown ones are just uncomfortable.

And also, Just brought some nice new jods, they are beige, but around the seat area its slightly rubber (sticky bottom jodhpurs because I slip) and this is a dark shade of beige. Will this be a problem if I wore them in the show ring?

P.S Looking to do Hunter classes and stuff to do with cobs and mountain and moorland etc if that helps?
