Hey guys, if you remember, just a little while ago I talked to my old trainer at the horse show and told her I wanted to start taking lessons from her again. Well today she finally got to come out and see Jubilee for the first time!
I was so excited. And a little nervous to see what she would say about her, but she LOVES her! She said she's so cute and she can't wait to see what we can do with her. Haha. I'm thinking of showing in just a beginner flat next year, so we'll see how that goes. (I've never showed before). Unfortunately I didn't get to show off Jubilee's undersaddle skills today because it was so crappy and rainy and we don't have an indoor arena. But we already booked a lesson for next Tuesday and I am sooo excited!! It's so nice to have my trainer back. It puts things into perspective for me. She also had a look at my saddle and oh gosh ... I find out that it has a broken tree! So yeah I've been riding her with a broken saddle. I had no idea!
But I'm definitely going to get rid of that one and we're going to find one that fits properly.
We're going to be working mainly on getting her all back into shape and muscled properly. I'm so excited and I can't wait until next week!!
