Using a Lunging Caveson on my Peruvian Filly

First of all, I do not, and have never ridden English. I do, however have the up most respect for the English Riders and Trainers... I am getting ready to start my 3 yr. Old Peruvian Filly. I do not like the Peruvian trainers methods nor do I like the western trainers... who don't seem to understand the very sensitive nature of the Peruvian Horse. I love how the english riders start their babies... Can anyone here tell me how to start my filly using a Lunging Caveson? And do you think that this way of starting her would work for her breed. I'm getting a lot of grief from well intentioned friends on this. She will be a trail horse. I have her mother who was trained by a Peruvian trainer who all but ruined her .. I want to do right by this nice little filly. Any suggestions anyone. Thankyou!
