What am I doing wrong

That while practicing the posting trot, my legs don't ache, but instead my feet hurt ridiculously bad. My shoes are supposed to be good riding boots, good name, they're more than broken in. What can I do to stop this.

Are you bracing on your stirrups? You want to feel as though you are lengthening your leg down and wrapping it around your horses barrel to grip, not brace. Or maybe your stirrups are too short? When you drop your leg down they should hit right at/below your ankle bone. Hope this helps some!
