stock saddle. Gotta love those saddles. 8)

Humans are like Slinkies. Practically useless, but still fun to push down the stairs.

Yay Aussie Stock Saddles! -Proud to be an Aussie- I love them saddles so much. :) My friend Deb recently got one... $6,000 ! It's impressive. It's made specifically for Deb, it has special stitching and designs on it, it also has custom girth and stirrups. Haha!

It is not enough for a man to know how to ride; he must know how to fall.

I ride in it however lol My mare reins both western and direct so its easy. My saddle has a horn (I want to get one without the horn though at some point) The saddle sets you back and your legs out in front of you. Your weight is also suspended in a cradle, if you will, on the horses back so you are not sitting directly on the horses back. Makes it much more comfy for both you and your mount. When you gallop, you lean foward with your knees tucked under the bucking rolls (aka polleys) and brought back under you. In this position, you are placed more over the horses shoulders which gives him more freedom of movement.

Very well thought out design. I love this kind of saddle, no other saddle will beat it as a trail saddle. Try one out!

Yupp! What they said, although, I've always called it an Australian hybrid. I have one and I LOVE IT. I'm getting another one soon in draft size. Very comfy and practical.
