My pony is pretty amazing. She is the most well trained pony! And the good thing is that she's not too well trained for she always likes to test me.

What I need to work on is:

Gaining my confidence back. I fell off a month ago and have lost my confidence. I still am afraid of that jump. I've jumped the jump but at a lower height. It used to be 2'6" but now it's 2'. My goal is to be able to jump that jump at the same height without being afraid.

Also, my other goal is to make it into the corners. My pony is bad with her leg and I don't have the strongest leg. She likes to cut in and I have been working on it forever, but I still need to master it. I'm hoping by the spring that she will learn to go into the corners. She's a pretty quick learner thankfully

I want to work on improving pretty much all aspects of my riding and hopefully be ready to start doing some local schooling shows this spring and over the summer.

1)Figure out my new horse and what he responds to, I.e.: steering is a major issue for he likes to veer off in random directions off the line of travel for no reason.
2)Get new saddle and fitting and break in as I know this will help my leg position
3)Get back to the level I was riding at before my last fall and before I got my new horse. It is like starting over with a new horse.
    4) Some time next year I want to enter my first show with my new horse together and hopefully get our act together by then.
    5) I'm going to a Parelli's level I training 3 hr private session with my new horse an hopefully learn and strengthen my horsemanship with him. I'm so excited!
    6) Ride more than twice a week somehow with this winter weather.

This winter I will be taking lots of dressage lessons and maybe get myself started over finces since it has been many many years since I have jumped.
I have already had 2 lessons this week and they were really awesome! My dressage instructor says I must ride in my sleep....lol because every time I ride she see's extreem improvements

I sent my Mare out for training and cannot wait for her to come back. I was thinking that I might want to try some schooling shows in the sprin if she is ready. If she is not I will be looking for someone who has a horse I can possibly show a few times....
