My friend's not a top level rider....she and the other people at her barn are jumping at most 3 feet. I think maybe doing that for some shows might be okay, but it's like she buys a horse so the riders at her barn can ride him, and they probably know him better than she does!

They do this for IHSA and many pony club ratings. So, to me, not that strange.

Is she not a top level rider because she jumps at most 3feet? Sorry if that sounded snoty or something but I am jw. I do disagree about always changing horses. We change horses rarley but only in lessons, never at a show. :)
