My sorrel mare's name is Sweet Thing because she got lured onto the trailer with sweet tarts..She was a rescue and never registered, she's a TB though. I call her ST when I'm typing or texting, her show name with be Shake that Sweet Thang, and I only call her Pretty Mare. She responds to Pretty Mare, but it has nothing to do with the name she actually has (poor thing gets called all sorts of different names by different people lol).
My black mare is called Lucky..I've called her Fatass (100+lbs overweight right now), B!tch, and Luck(y). I haven't thought of a show name for her yet (always hated showing her as Lucky, was just so boring..lol). It'll have something to do with Luck, just not positive of it.

I only have show names for mine because I love thinking up names..lol. I don't have any registered horses, so I don't have to worry about being stuck with a stupid/hilarious/etc show name that I don't like...yet, lol. First foal will be registered, but I'll get to pick his/her registered name.
