Hey everyone! I just thought I would post about my lesson a few days ago! =] Now that show season is over, we're halting course work and working on "rider and horse fundamentals" which I personally think is a blast! It helps the horse and rider SO much. The exercise we happened to work on that night was two bounces in a row to a four stride. We jumped it without reins or stirrups and it was SO much fun! It is a good thing my boy doesn't refuse because I would have been on the ground lol!
At first we were HORRIBLE and I was like "oh great, this stinks!" but I was determined lol! After going through a couple times we got the hang of it. I think I actually did better without anything then with my stirrups and reins! Go figure!
Well, just thought I'd post about a fun lesson, thanks for reading!
