Is it worth doing the Young Equestrian Leader Awards?

Is it worth doing the Young Equestrian Leader Award ? Could I use this later in life ? I am 15 year old by the way.

I've never heard of it before.

That being said, I did google it and what I found is that it's an award based on volunteering a specific number of hours in the horse industry? Is that the same one you're talking about? I could see how it would be nice to put on a resume, but to be honest I don't know that you can otherwise "use it" later in life other than to give validation that you completed a certain number of volunteer hours.
